The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. On the downside, the limited available Wi-Fi was a hassle, and some entertainment options felt focused on children. The inconsistency of the toaster at breakfast was also rather frustrating.

Convenient beach access

It was just a great fit for a brief sojourn in Palma Nova with great value for the money. The staff were really friendly, and they had three pools which were ideal for my kids. Make sure to check the pool bar hours before planning your day.

My kids wished for earlier pool opening times, as 10 am felt too late for little ones. A few more snack options would have been great, too.
